Important Notice
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your tour. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Entry Conditions
Japanese nationals will need a visa to enter Sri Lanka
Passport validity of at least 6 months is required
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any errors in your passport or visa. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure all documentation is correct and up to date.
General Tour Services
Please note that the itinerary may change due to transportation issues or weather conditions in Sri Lanka
Full moon days, known as Poyadi, are national holidays in Sri Lanka, and alcohol sales are prohibited
Quotes are valid for one month from the date of issue, but if the travel date is different, a new quote will be issued
Tour Fee Includes
Admission fees to various tourist attractions
(Refunds cannot be made if you do not participate due to your own reasons)
Private car & Guide
Accommodation and meals for the entire trip as stated in the itinerary
(Additional orders and drinks are charged separately)

Airfare
Visa acquisition fee
Hotel laundry and room service, etc.
Tips for porters, guides, etc.
Cancellation Policy
50% of the tour price from the 21st to the 15th day counting from the day before the start of the trip
75% of the tour price from the 14th to the 8th day counting from the day before the start of the trip
100% of the tour price from the 7th day to the day before departure
High Season Policy
Due to the high season in April, May, August, and December, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged from 21 days before the day before the start of the trip.
In the event of a refund due to cancellation, the customer will be responsible for the fees charged when the customer transfers money to our company and the fees charged when our company refunds the customer.
